My Sony Alpha NEX-C3 Review
Design and Feel
The camera body has 3 colors(Pink, Black and Silver) can be picked,and people would feel this camera is a little heavy, But this is not the camera body’s fault but the 18-55mm lens, The camera body weighs only 230g, the if added the lens, The weight would been reached about 9.7 ounce. The size is always small which is measuring 2.4 by 4.4 by 1.3 inches like the other Sony NEX Series, For example Sony NEX-F3.
I like the sharpness the 3.0 inch LCD screen in this camera, The key reason maybe the 921k dots resolution. in addition, If you like the titling screen and Detachable flash, You can get all of these in Sony Alpha NEX-C3.
How about the Performance
ISO 6400 is the watershed for the image quality of this camera, I didn’t blame it but feel impressive about the performance of Sony Alpha NEX-C3 that can take ultra-high-resolution images both at low ISO and high ISO sensitivity with 16.2 MP Exmor APS HD CMOS image sensor. The performance for a camera at this price has over the competitors a lot.
The sad point is the 720P video recording, Even the video has quoted rate of 30fps, But the quality of 1080P and 720P is not the same thing.In this respect, Sony NEX-7 does it better.
You will like the battery life which has about shots on the fully charged baterry, Compared with the Panasonic Lumix DMC-GF3 which only has 320 shot battery life, The NEX-C3 is much batter.
